I would highly recommend the Aalimiyyah programme at Noor ul Islam. MaashALLah the teaching is of a very high calibre which naturally allows each and every single student to thrive in their Learning. There is also a great emphasis on becoming independent Learners and thus you are equipped with invaluable, higher Level skill which gives you the confidence to access Arabic texts outside of the curriculum for further reading or research. The standard of Arabic is of a great quality.
The environment at Noor ul Islam is truly one of spiritual upliftment and inspiration. Not only did I gain in-depth sacred knowledge but more importantly it had a great impact on my spiritual development. Graduating from Noor ul Islam 5 years ago was one of the best thing that could've happened to me.
