Our theme this Ramadan is Noor or “The Light. This perfectly encapsulates the essence of this blessed month, as we strive to bring light into our lives. Allah’s light illuminates the heart and provides guidance.
It was in the month of Ramadan that the Quran was revealed as guidance for mankind, clear messages giving guidance and distinguishing between right and wrong. [Quran 2:185]
Allah is the source of all light and guidance. He revealed the Qur’an to illuminate our way. He sent the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) to guide us to Him.
"Allah is the Guardian of those who believe. He brings them out of the darkness into the light." [Quran, 5:257]
This month, let us strive to bring light into our lives, deepen our connection with Allah, and amplify our acts of charity and kindness.
This year, like last year we plan to use part of the new building for Ramadan. We will be offering a small range of programs InshaAllah.
